"I’ve been a State Farm customer for my entire life and I come from my family who have been State Farm customers for generations. We were working through the Jane Beverly office in Tampa for over 30 years with no issues, until one day I was treated very rudely by one of their customer service reps over the phone, she couldn’t answer my question in a way I could understand and refused to let me speak to another representative, and then actually hung up on me! When I tried to call the office back, they would not answer the phone. I was calm and not aggressive in any way, so I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way. Definitely not as a long-term valued customer. To think that Jane Beverly had been making commissions from my family for all of those years and couldn’t bother to reach out to me in any way or form with an apology. So I moved my whole family from Jane Beverly to Ernest Walker State Farm. The team at Ernest Walker is very welcoming and accommodating. Lynette is wonderful and extremely helpful!
